Here's one from "Jessica" that starts out:
"Hope you doing well. I am writing in regards to see if there are any possibilities for us to work with your company. I did go through your website and understand that your company provides Management consulting services to vertical industrial sectors across Australia..."
Now apart from the appalling grasp of basic English grammatical structure, clearly Jessica hasn't looked at our web site at all. If I was to reply (and I'm smart enough not to), here's what I would say:
"No Jessica, we are not a Management Consulting business (we are an event management and games hire business). No, we don't provide services to 'vertical industrial sectors' (whatever the hell they are), and we don't offer our services 'across Australia' (we restrict ourselves to South East Queensland). Please do your homework, Jessica, if that really is your name."
